32 Years After The Chernobyl Disaster Nature Has Taken Its Course In The City Of Pripyat
The Chernobyl disaster was a devastating nuclear accident that occurred on the 25th of April, 1986 and regarded as the most disastrous nuclear power plant accident in history. A power failure inside one of the reactors at the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant caused an explosion spreading radiation into the surrounding atmosphere. The nearby city of Pripyat was evacuated following the disaster with just under 50’000 people leaving and never returning to their homes.
