Reporting Claims of Copyright Infringement

Counter-Notification

1. Identification of the material: A description of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
2. A statement of good faith belief: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or a misidentification of the material.
3. Your contact information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
4. Upon receipt of a counter-notice, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original claim of infringement. Repeat Infringers

PostMunch will terminate user accounts that are determined to be repeat infringers. If you believe a user is a repeat infringer, please follow the instructions above to contact our DMCA Agent and provide information sufficient for us to verify that the user is a repeat infringer.
