Reporting Claims of Copyright Infringement

Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner’s agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material in your content, you may send a counter-notice containing the following information to the Copyright Agent:
- Identification of the material: A description of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement of good faith belief: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or a misidentification of the material.
- Your contact information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement of consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, or if you are outside the United States, the jurisdiction of the federal courts located in [insert county, state], and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of the alleged infringement.

Upon receipt of a counter-notice, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original claim of infringement. If the original claimant does not file a court action seeking an injunction against the alleged infringer within ten business days of receiving the counter-notice, we will restore the removed or disabled material.
Repeat Infringers
PostMunch will terminate user accounts that are determined to be repeat infringers. If you believe a user is a repeat infringer, please follow the instructions above to contact our DMCA Agent and provide information sufficient for us to verify that the user is a repeat infringer.
