Most of the time, aquariums are usually full of people, from families, to tourists and school trips. The large amount of visitors attracted to the underwater world means its a challenge for some to find a quite spot. However, the Covid-19 lockdown has given the Georgia Aquarium staff the chance to let another type of visitor in.
The five kittens explored the aquariums ‘Tropical Diver’ gallery while it’s closed to the public and met some new fish friends including jellies and even divers!
It wasn’t the first time that the Georgia Aquarium and Atlanta Humane Society have collaborated together on projects such as this. The kittens pictured came two weeks after another pair of puppy siblings named Carmel and Odie visited. As you can see from the photos below, they also enjoyed their welcome!
